La Leche League Meetings
We hold one in-person meeting a month! Meetings are a great place to make friends, share experiences, and get breastfeeding support. Check below for more details. We hope you can join us!

LLL Leaders are volunteer breastfeeding counselors, accredited by La Leche League International (LLLI), who have nursed their own babies, and are active in providing breastfeeding support in their communities.
All Leaders bring their unique experience, warmth, empathy, and other skills to their LLL work, whether they have had one baby or several. They are available by phone or e-mail whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.

Meetings are led by an accredited LLL Leader. LLL meetings are all about mother-to-mother/parent-to-parent support, sharing experiences, and getting support. Burning questions are always given priority. We often say you can treat LLL meetings like a buffet – please take what works for you and leave the rest behind.

Family Workshop Series
Couples workshop, Sleep, Nutrition, and more!
We thrilled to kick off our Family Workshop Series with a Couples Workshop: Breastfeeding and the Important Role of Dads, Spouses & Partners!
The entire family is encouraged to attend this special couples workshop! Dads, Spouses & Partners (whether new or experience parents) will have the opportunity to learn from each other about supporting breastfeeding in their family.
Topics explored will include:
* Important role of partners as supporters of breastfeeding
* Ways dads and partners can connect with their breastfed baby
* Promoting healthy and sustainable sleep patterns for the whole family
* Plus fequently-asked questions about:
* Breastfeeding in public
* Intimacy post - baby
