Meeting Information: Fort Lauderdale

We welcome all interested mothers and mothers-to-be to attend meetings for an enjoyable time of mother-to-mother sharing. Babies and children are always welcome at our meetings.

Our Group sells books and slings and has a lending library. Information sheets are available for mothers to take home.

November meeting is cancelled because of the Thanksgiving Holiday.

LLL Series meetings rotate through four main topics, but always cover new ground as the moms in attendance share their experiences, and as different aspects of each topic are explored.

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone or email whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns, or for more information on meeting dates and locations.

The mission of La Leche League International is to help mothers worldwide to breastfeed through mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information, and education, and to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of the baby and the mother.
