other 6 months blank). Include the total number of email contacts,
LLL Help Forms, and in-person contacts. This is a change
in the reporting procedure. The Area is now collecting statistics
on LLL Help Forms.

online Help Forms. They come in at specified times and you
have a certain time period in which to answer them, so you
can work at your convenience.
