Full payment must To register at the member’s price you may pay your membership dues to your Group or enclose it with your registration fee. Please include your LLL Group’s name. Registration is available both on-line and via mail. Credit card payment is required with on-line registration and is available with mail-in registration. Online payments are subject to a $3 processing fee. If you choose mail, send your completed registration form and appropriate fee to the Florida Area Conference Registrar at the address below. Please make your check payable to LLL of Florida or include the requested credit card information on the registration brochure. To receive a confirmation of your registration, send a SASE to the Florida Area Conference Registrar or request confirmation via email. Session topics cannot be confirmed. Early-bird registrations received by September 1 are entitled to a free ticket to hear Elizabeth Pantley on Thursday, September 29, 2005 at 7 pm. Registrations received after September 1 will incur a $20 late fee. Walk-in registration will be available on-site, space permitting. Walk-in registration and one-day attendance is possible. Topics will be assigned based on space availability and will be closed when seating capacity is reached. Session topics are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. Register early to save money and get the session topics you want. A $25 service fee will be charged on all returned checks. A $10 service fee will be charged on all nonapproved credit cards. If you are unable to print the registration brochure from our Web site, you may request additional brochures by sending your address (a preprinted label is preferred) and one first class stamp per brochure to the Area Conference Registrar. Friends of LLL, Children of LLL and personal ads must be received by September 15, 2005 to be included in the Program Booklet. RefundsRefund policy: For a full refund less $10 handling fee, requests must be received by 9/18/2005. Requests received after 9/18/2005 will be entitled to a 50% refund less $10 handling fee. No refund requests will be accepted after 10/15/2005. Mail your request to the registrar with a SASE. Only registration fees are refundable; no refunds will be given on meals, pre-ordered merchandise or other fees. Refunds will be mailed approximately 30 days after the conference. Registration ContactSusan - AREA CONFERENCE REGISTRAR MealsFriday lunch is a sumptuous Italian buffet including assorted tossed greens, assorted pastas, breads and chocolate dessert. Friday night’s western dinner will include a buffet of potato salad, coleslaw, rosemary chicken, barbecued back ribs, corn on the cob, baked beans, rolls, and apple cobbler. Saturday breakfast is a buffet of pancakes, pastries, fruit juices and assorted breakfast meats. Saturday lunch is a fabulous Mexican buffet of grilled and marinated chicken and beef with seasoned onions and peppers, pico de gallo, guacamole, tricolor tortilla salad, and vanilla flan with fresh berries.
